Nexella is a digital agency offering AI-powered automations, chatbot systems, lead generation tools, and consulting services for small to medium-sized businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services.
3. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing from us, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
All fees are quoted in USD.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
4. Refund Policy – 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if we fail to meet the agreed-upon goal within 30 days of service activation.
To qualify for a refund:
You must clearly define your business goal with us during onboarding.
You must complete all required onboarding steps and remain responsive throughout the service period.
A request must be submitted within 35 days of the service start date.
Refunds will not be granted if:
You delay onboarding, fail to provide necessary assets, or do not cooperate with the process.
The goal is achieved within the 30-day period.
All eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Not misuse, duplicate, resell, or reverse-engineer our Services.
Failure to do so may result in service termination without eligibility for a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, assets, and code provided by Nexella are our property or properly licensed. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
All business information shared between you and Nexella is considered confidential. We agree to keep such information secure and private unless required by law to disclose.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.
To the extent permitted by law:
Nexella is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the last 30 days.
9. Stripe Compliance
To comply with Stripe’s terms:
We do not store payment credentials.
All transactions occur through Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant system.
Disputes and chargebacks will be handled per Stripe’s policies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Outstanding payments remain due even after termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
